You're kidding right? Compare URI's non-conference schedule to PC's this year and it doesn't even compare. Let's take a look at the non-conference schedule for URI - Duke (RPI - 4), VA Commonwealth (RPI - 67), Penn St (RPI - 73), Villanova (RPI - 10), Northeastern (RPI - 78). Providence (RPI - 68), Oklahoma St. (RPI - 38). Non-conference games against teams in the top-100 RPI? Seven against just five for PC.
PC has a much higher strength of schedule because they play in arguably the best conference in the country which contains 12 top-100 teams against 7 for the Atlantic 10.
Don't claim PC plays a tougher non-conference schedule than URI because that's not even close to the truth, especially this season.
