I don't have to dream nutmuffin, when I have the objective facts staring me in the face. ND has more top 25 and top 50 wins than Purdue, Duke, Kansas, Wisconsin etc. They have the most accomplished resume based on objective data in the nation aside from Ohio St and Pitt, and ND beat Pitt at Pitt. They finally moved up to #7 in the coach's poll, so the only quibble would be still being ranked behind Purdue and Duke. Rankings feed into seeding perceptions, and ND should be a solid #2 seed at this point. The Pomeroy rankings are a tempo based system using scoring margin and is a predictor system, not a ranking system, so that one is meaningless for seeding purposes. All of them have their quirks, like how does Wisconsin keep getting ranked over ND in Sagarin, but they are only as good as the data fed into them.
